Why one team matters
A roof is only as good as what’s under it. When the old roof comes off we inspect the deck, replace soft or damaged sheathing, and install flashing and ventilation so the new roof lasts.
Because we also build additions, we tie new roof sections into existing ones cleanly — one of the most common sources of leaks on older homes.
